Order Policies
Once payment is received you are agreeing to all the information below.
PAYMENT
• All orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed to book your date. This means your order is not booked or guaranteed until payment is received.
• If order details are discussed but full payment isn’t received, your order is not confirmed or put in our calendar. If another customer contacts us and orders/pays and we fully book for the date you are looking for, your order will not be accepted.

Card via invoice (there will be a fee)
Cash
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/DATE CHANGES/REFUND POLICY
• If you need to postpone your order date, a 2 weeks’ notice is required and we cannot guarantee availability for the new date you need.
• If order is canceled within 2 weeks of pickup date, customer will receive 50% refund (Livi’s Bake Shoppe retains 50% of the order price for booking fee, materials ordered, and prep-work done for orders placed)
• If order is canceled less than 1 week of pickup date, no refund will be given.
• No FULL refunds will be given once payment is received.
• All orders are the responsibility of the customer once they are picked up. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the order is handed over to you. Once your order has been picked up, no refunds will be given.
• You may provide us with pictures for decoration inspiration, but we cannot guarantee exact duplication of work done by other cake artists. No refunds will be given if decorations do not exactly match pictures you provided.
PICKUP TIMES
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup time. If you do not pick up your order within 5 hours of scheduled pickup time and you have not contacted us your order will be canceled, and no refund will be given.
CHANGES IN ORDERS
• No changes can be made to your order within 2 weeks of pickup date.
